Your post is as always so full of surprises. Very meaningful and full of warmth towards your family and friends.
ReplyDeleteMy Easter was very quite. The church service was great. We all got a daffodil and during the service we all put the flower in a cross made of chicken wire. In the end we had a big flowering cross in front of the church. After the Easter service we had coffee and cookies and had a nice chat with one and other.
I wanted to be by myself and declined some invitations of my friends to have more coffee and went home.
It was good because I had to do some phonecalls and send some e-mails.
Thanks for your post. Have a fine week and sunny days like we have today.
Wil, ABCW Team

ReplyDeleteA perfect gift at Easter to see a lovely rose bloom. I like it all, your sweet little candy covers are lovely. The gift basket with the Fleur de Lis in gold on purple, how symbolic. The Tim Holtz flower decorations are something Granny would have done. The card with the Cross and purple bow is a tribute to our Lord. Thank you so much for posting your very beautiful art with us this week at Word Art Wednesday. We hope to see you back next week.
Blessings, Carole

ReplyDeleteHello Arnoldo, I think you would have enjoyed our short Easter service at dawn in the Church Garden. It lasted half an hour and the birds sang along with the hymns, followed by warm croissants and coffee. Simple but very moving.

My, you've been busy! Your work is not only delightful, but it's inspiring and uplifting as well. Thank you for that. And thank you for joining us this week for the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge. ~Michelle
ReplyDeleteP.S.
You must also have a talent for gardening. That rose is magnificent. I have tried to grow many varieties over the years and the only ones that I've ever been successful with were Fairy Roses. But that's more of a ground cover, really.
Anyway...Thanks again for sharing your talents!
