I consider the birth of any child a gift, and with a birth comes responsibility. Although Jesus does not require the care a new born would, responsibility is still a must. As Jesus said in Matthew 22:37-40, our first and greatest responsibility is to love the Lord with all our heart, mind, and soul, and the second is to love our neighbor as ourselves. If we are responsible and follow this commandments, everything will follow. What do you think?

ReplyDeleteApart from your beautiful creations I am aso happy to read your quotations of the gospels.Yes, Mary was blessed, yet she was going to suffer immensely by the knowledge that her Son had to die on the cross. But without the Cross there would not have been a baby in a manger. Without Good Friday no Christmas.
Have a great week.
