Peace - Love - Joy

Hello!  ¡Hola!  It's about to get really busy for me, with Holy Week services, so please know that I may not be able to post anything next week.

That being said, my first project for this week, is an ATC inspired by Tag-Along (and ATC's) - Spring Flowers, Atlantic Hearts' Sketch 674 by Michelle, and Shopping Our Stash SOS570 - White Out.  It's an homage to the USA's Southwestern Spring season.  I used Sizzix's Tim Holtz Funky Cactus Thinlits & the 3-D Texture Fades Typewriter; a Bomichi Quote Sticker; Martha Stewart ink pads; a Moriquill purple ATC card; cardstock scraps; and a Mont Marte orange marker.  (BTW, I want to thank ATC Around the World for choosing me as a top 3 Winner #134 - Winterbirds!)

Next, I have another spread in my K&Company Smash book that I completed.  These take time, so I'm still catching up, by working on them a little at a time.  I am submitting it to Lasting Memories LM #791 - Stash Busters Word Play - Spring (S-Stickers, P-Punches, Postcard, & Pockets, R-Ribbon Title, I-ink, N-Numbers, G-Grid background), What's On your Workdesk? Wednesday 877/97, and Friday Face Off 3/27/2026.  (BTW, I want to thank Lasting Memories for selecting my last spread as one of the February Top 3!)

This is a card I made for my Father-in-law, who's having a birthday this weekend.  He's a major coffee lover, so I decided to play that up.  I was inspired by Cards 4 Guys #384 Colour Challenge- Light Blue and Brown, First Cup Challenge #12 MarchAAA Birthday Card Game #83 - Use Die Cuts, and Freshly Made Sketches #729 - by Amy.  I used Sizzix Tim Holtz Tea Time Bigz die cut & a Tiny Attacher; coffee background paper; assorted cardstock prints and solids; and a vintage Dymo label maker.

This is a photograph of my wife's Bearded Iris.  They are difficult to grow in SW Texas, but somehow she managed to do so.  I am submitting it to Word Art Wednesday Weeks #744-745, as I made a meme out of my picture.

I'm not ready to share a summary of my Palm Sunday sermon, so I'll leave you with this picture of my dog Toto and my cat Gris, and a Haiku I wrote inspired by it:

Sharing a moment,

Living peacefully - love - joy,

My wish for the world.

I am submitting this picture to Art For Fun Friday 202.

Thanks for your visit!  ¡Gracias por su visita!  Shalom!
